We used a small conference room to celebrate a birthday. It was clean and furnished with table and chairs. There is a small counter area with a sink and refrigerator. The room was on the far end of the building by a door, the closest bathroom was in the lobby. Great place, clean and friendly staff.
Everyone caring, understanding, supportive and very helpful. Highly recommend. Plus. A great locations for just about any where and anything needed.
Staff is completely unresponsive and couldn’t care less if you’re comfortable or not. We didn’t get the room I asked for… We got one bed instead of two so I asked for a rollaway bed and was told “no, there’s nothing we can do about it because we’re full. We can give you your money back and you can go somewhere else.“. That was so helpful because we were in town for a tournament and all the hotels were full around the ballpark. The thermostat in the room was broken and it was unbearably hot and I was told once again “there’s nothing we can do about it.“ I asked for a fan and again was told no. And don’t even think about going to the front desk to try to plead your case because they just walk away from you while you’re talking. It was bad when we were here a few months ago but this time it was worse. We only came back because it’s pet friendly and seemed clean. NEVER AGAIN
Booked a room online for 2 nights get there and the front desk attendees said that they could not find the booking even the booking place called them they were horrible and very rude the two heavy weight people working the front desk claimed there were no rooms so we went to the car and called and guess what had rooms im glad I recorded my whole experience i pray you all go out of business just COMPLETELY RUDE FOR NO REASON if I could give this hotel 0 stars I would I will make sure my friends and family will never EVER SPEND a dime with you all
Hotel staff was great especially Bernard, my room had a leak they instantly moved me to another room. I honestly have no complaints, would definitely recommend.
