Wall is damaged and is crumbling behind the door. Carpet is stained. Bed skirt is stained. We're right next to the ice machine and elevator. ud83eudd2c. Bonvoy should have preference to say you want to be elsewhere.nnWhen we walked in the beds were not crisply made and a pillowcase was laying empty on the bed. Also I had reserved two rooms weeks ago but they're not on same floor. When I made the reservation I asked that they be close. Person said, check in to both rooms at same time to make that happen. I did, still no dice. Front desk person tried to fix but he wasn't successful.
Old outdated decor and furnitire everything smells like an attic nevertheless service from the front desk is always great
Not a pleasant experience. Did not see any cleaning protocols for COVID-19. They don't clean the rooms very well, saw the cleaning lady cleaning like regular times. Guys smoking weed right at the front of the entrance, not preferring such experience with a family.nWe got this hotel based on the reviews and Free BREAKFAST but... HOT BREAKFAST was closed due to COVID. LOL First there are no strict cleaning protocols being followed and then you don't offer Hot Breakfast. This was BS!nNOT STAYING THERE EVER AGAIN!
Locked myself out right after checking in and got a new key coded quickly, very friendly gal working at the check in desk. Also smells very nice!!
I went visit friend we had kids in indoor pool super area lovely inside
