Poor and outdated interior, but not only that, probably the worst customer service experience I've had at any hotel.nnAlso in case you ever get the experience of being in severe weather such as a snowstorm at this particular location than you'll be met with not only contempt at asking whether there is any insurance against extreme weather, they will also tell you that they can book you extra days for more than the cost you had originally paid for the days you stayed. I do not recommend staying here at all. If anything you can stay at the Hilton in Frontenac for cheaper and experience a much better customer service as well as updated interior and well kept exterior that also looks very refined and well maintained.

One of our bed linens had makeup on it and obviously had not been laundered. Kind of important in these times. Trash accumulated throughout the grounds and around trash cans that was not emptied, likely because there was no room service to remove trash. Lots of staff standing around, but not doing anything, when there were lots of things that obviously needed tending. Hotel room had an overall unclean feel.

I work for Marriott and this is the last trip that my family and I are going to be able to take for the summer, so we picked St. Louis. I'm glad I picked this hotel for my choice of stay. This hotel is VERY nice, it has a very big pool and it's right in front of a small lake. It is very close to local shops and eateries and the Westport Plaza is and the heart of the location as well. I would recommend this hotel to large families or those who are on business trips, or just looking for a getaway.

This is a very cool hotel. The exterior is neat and the rooms all have balconies. The pillows were super comfortable as well. I did stay while we still had some Covid restrictions so I can't fault them on certain things being closed. I was however confused on why my room had a mini fridge but no microwave. Also, my trash wasn't emptied so there were beer bottles and other trash in my room. Everything else seemed to be clean and tidy though. Shower was hot and had great pressure. If you stay here, eat at Fuzzy's Taco!!! It's right next to the hotel.
