Cool place
Great service, the receptionist was very cute. He attended every single one of my needs. Make sure to leave him a nice tip.nnPS. They didn't want to serve me any waffles. I suspect the receptionist ate them all.
The stay was horrible and here is why.nn1. Rooms dirtyn2. No Wi-Fin3. Broken furnituren4. T.V. didn't workn5. Stains on furnituren6. Fireplace didn't workn7. Toilet made horrible sounds when flushedn8. Floors were not cleanedn9. They switched my room three timesn10. They offered no resolutionnnDo not stay at here!!! I filed a complaint! It was absolutely atrocious!
Ok so I booked my room online. It was for a two bedroom suite with sofa bed. I arrived at the property for check in. I was told I couldn't used the card I booked the room on. Then I was told it would be a 400 dollar hold and they didnt have the room I saw on their site. Not the style and not smoking. I can see maybe a 250 hold but not a 400 hold in which I was told it wouldn't come off soon as I checked out of the room. One or two things I felt was going on because I was black and he didnt know how to do his job. And on top of that I work from the brand. So this gets no stars
Although it shows its age it has held up and been maintained quite well. Beds were comfy, rooms were huge, (as is this style of hotel) and the staff was extremely friendly! Breakfast was very standard for hotels but facilities definitely had some nice features.
