The place was very clean was not very up-to-date but for how old it was it was maintained well. The service was excellent and the young lady at the front desk help me immensely in getting my clothes washed. I would definitely stop back here again.
We were traveling home during a severe snow storm and stopped due to bad road conditions. Staff was very helpful, the rate was fair, rooms were clean and already heated (it was 10-15 degrees). The property is dated but well maintained and clean. I would recommend it to any wary traveler.
It was good for the price. Due to the low availability or lack of options in/around Marshall, MO I stayed here. I was able to find a cheaper price online for the night vs. the best price the front desk could give me. He informed me they were such short staffed that housekeeping was all out sick/unable to work so him & the manager on duty were having to do all the housekeeping & said he was working double shifts on his day off. So half of the rooms were not cleaned & not available for customers which doesn’t help the shortage of available decent hotel rooms in this area. Overall the stay was fine, clean room & I’d say it had been updated in the past few years. One nice thing was that their ice maker worked/was available to use even with COVID-19 going on. Hopefully they can get more reliable staff. Good place to stay if you don’t want to pay over $100 per night in that area.
This hotel is so much better than the Night Inn, everything is new, it is very modern. The rooms were better than some 5 star hotels I have been to. Definitely come stay here!!!!!!!!
Nice bed for the night. Nice staff and felt safe.
