This is such a great hotel! I stay here once a month when I come to see my children. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are nice. The hotel staff are great and always accommodating. I will continue to stay here for my future visits.

Located in an area away from major hustle and bustle but close enough to everything you want/need makes this hotel ideal if you're staying near the west or central area of Saint Louis.nnThe rooms are as of now quite well kept and seem to be relatively new. The only caveat i can note is the walls are a bit thin and of there's any decent action next door you might hear more than you want if you don't have your TV or HVAC on.
I believe only certain people are put on the third floor. Also Supervisor claim mattress are brand new in their totally worn out and if you have a bad back this is not for you. I complained about I before checkout and absolutely nothing was done. I was told a lot lies. The manager clown me not even the Supervisor did nothing. So do not book this through Priceline, because they won't do anything to help you at the hotel they'll tell you you made the reservations with Priceline so make your complaint with Priceline ,this is horrible.
