It is great for the price, but there seems to always be some loud people in the rooms at all hours. We were there for 5 nights and it never stopped. Luckily we were so busy during the day that we could sleep through anything. Also, nobody came to clean or room or change the trash or entire stay, they seemed to work around our room every time. Otherwise, it was comfortable and we slept well. I'd stay again if I am in town and need a place to stay
Hotel was not a five star hotel but my experience was. Hotel was very clean and the entire staff from housekeeping to desk clerks to management were extremely friendly. Free breakfast wasn't available because of covid (just as many other hotels) but pets are allowed at no additional charge.
Loved this place
We got in late last night, and unfortunately had a little mix up about transportation from the airport. Thankfully, Libby was extremely helpful and helped turn a difficult situation into a positive resolution. Was a very positive experience. Thank you Libby!
Zero stars if I could. Avoid this hotel. A guest let two large German shepherds loose in the hallway unattended while he or she left the room. I tried to leave my room, and the dogs came after me. My spouse and I were trapped in our room while these dogs roamed the floor. The poor desk person was apparently abandoned by management and left on her own. To her credit, she did call the police who placed the dogs back in their owner's room but were condescending and hostile to our concerns. I feel sorry for the desk person - the police not so much. Do not stay here!
