Even without all of the glitz and glam,the Hilton Garden Inn is easily one of the best hotels surrounding Lambert airport. They have outstanding service and attention to detail. Plus, they seem to always go the extra mile. It's quaint and cozy. Good food. And they've even been able to keep up these lofty standards during the pandemic. Now how awesome is that?! This is definitely a must stay if you're staying in St Louis.
Enjoyed my stay. Housekeeping was very nice, Cassandra helped me get the towels and things I needed. I accidentally left my keys and credit card in lobby and Bishop and CK called me immediately. My only gripe was I had to ask for a new comforter because I saw stains. They delivered new one to my door quickly. I had a little trouble with my digital key, but finally got it working.
Another great place to stay at. Greeted by the GM and made sure I was noted for my status. Rooms were nice and clean.nGreat job Hilton
Beautiful place, however. The rooms weren't clean the bathroom was broke they switched us from a handicap room to a smaller room kept banging and bumping to stuff the new bathroom was also broke. When asked to be compensated for our trouble the manager said no.
God awful. Smelt like weed in the elevator, on our floor, and in our room. The playpen they provided for our infant was DISGUSTING. We couldn’t even sleep with a flight due out at 6 am. However, I’ll give our customer service representative over the phone credit for refunding the charge and being very empathetic. More than likely will not stay here again.
