At this time , there doing repairs and updating halls painting, trim, hall carpet, new a/c heater units, soft hard flush toilets, vanity's granit tops hardware. Major pool repair .and refinishing. Pool equipment repair. And patience is a must, I knew things would go wrong, but it is what it is and when it's all done bugs worked out, It will be and is a good hotel to stay and in the middle anything you want or do.

I wish I could give them no stars!!! No managerial presence. Horrible customer service!!!! If something goes wrong and most likely it will, there’s NO ONE to fix it. The ONLY person that works at the hotel is the front desk person, who is always unhelpful. And the breakfast was awful, just toast!!! There was HAIR on the toaster. WTH is hair doing on the toaster?! HANDS DOWN THE WORST HOTEL I’VE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE!!! Shut this DOWN!!!

Dirty diapers, pubic hair, and red stains on toilet and bed sheets. Creamy looking stains on bed covers. I complained and desk refused to offer refund and ability to speak to manager. Said “manager” does not give out contact information. Also, desk worker threatened to call police on me for for complaining. If you want to stay in hell, this is a great choice for you!!

This hotel is disgusting the floor felt wet the beds felt wet the covers had stains and hair in them didn't have toilet paper no fridge no microwave hair on towels makeup and pop stains in the bathroom ac hardly worked didn't have a pad lock on the door changed rooms and it was not better basically the same disgusting way. Horrible night horrible stay asked if the other side was better the front desk lady said yes the rooms was but wouldn't give us a room over in the first building. She said the owner doesn't like to do that so basically they have the poor stay in the trash rooms that aren't clean nor are they working properly and the other people who can afford something better gets a good night rest. This is discriminating and disrespectful do not stay at this hotel if you stay at this hotel that just giving them the right to do this to people let this hotel sink without getting any money from people trust me you do not want to stay at this hotel the food is disgusting the drinks are disgusting the only thing that's good there's probably the vending machines that's on the other side of the building where the rich people stay.
