Extremely friendly staff. Took the time to listen and help with everything I needed. The staff definitely took pride in there work. I would recommend this place to anyone who is staying for a quick get away, or an extended period of time. I stayed for seven months and never had an issue with my stay. 5 out of 5 hands down.
Good size room with full fridge and a small stove. The AC ran all night set at 70 and the room stayed humid. The bed was comfortable if a bit lumpy but I slept well. I don't know if I just had quiet neighbors but I did not hear a peep all night even from a TV. Company paid for so I am unsure of the price range.
I stayed for several months during the pandemic. The management and workers were extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here, but it was a bit of a drag not getting my room cleaned during the pandemic. Other than that, I give the place highest praise. The location was excellent for places to eat and shop bering very nearby and convenient
I paid for 2 queens. They put me in 2 fulls. Refused to correct it.nThe entire building smells like weed. I asked him about it and he laugh then said idk. Went to dinner and came back to no parking. He told me to park in a no parking zone. He was rude and unprofessional then entire time. If I could give zero stars I would.
The rooms are nice. I stayed for two weeks. There were some people screaming/fighting at one point and some loud talking coming from the front door sometimes but for the most part it was quiet. I liked that I was able to cook my own food. Nice tv and updated decor.nnI was not a fan of the customer service and dreaded interacting with them. When we got there they said we can’t check in yet even though we requested early check in. They said cleaning lady didn’t come in so rooms aren’t ready. Told us to go to ihop to wait lol but then offered a seating area and got us a room because we kept talking to them. Didn’t check my id when checking in. They were yelling at customers and the manager was rude to me too. Most of them seem angry. There was no one to help me with luggage. I had to ask to be helped. Eventually manager helped me. When I was leaving I had to make several trips to get my luggage to car because they only have one luggage carrier and someone just left their things on it so I couldn’t use it and again, front desk people were of no help.nnThey could invest in training staff and manager on how to handle customers, how to talk kindly, not interrupt customers etc, another luggage carrier, and a bellhop or more staff.nnI also had to log in to the WiFi every day, which was annoying.
