We used this hotel to set up a room block for our wedding and we are so glad that we did. We worked with Karin throughout the process and she was so attentive and flexible with all of our needs! We were able to rent out a portion of the ballroom for the day before the wedding and the night of and she made that process seamless. The front desk staff was always so friendly and took great care of us and our guests. The rooms were large, comfortable, and very clean. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and the service we received from everyone
The location and lobby of the hotel are great. Staff at the front desk were super friendly. However, the room reeked of smoke, body odor and cologne. The air was heavy and burned my sinuses the entire time. It was like the room wasn't cleaned at all. Also the rooms have tiny pillows that are maybe 1/3 the size of a normal pillow and no blanket whatsoever, just a sheet and a slightly heavier sheet. The bed was comfortable but there was only one nightstand. The other side of the bed just had a lamp. There's lots of hotels in this area, skip this one.
This place was jaw dropping beautiful and the staff was so nice and incredible. The rooms were so neat and tidy and I loved how organized everything was. The chef was also a character that carried well with how amazing the suites were
They failed to let us know about the $50 incidental charge before we got to the hotel. The person at the front desk was very rude! She did not tell me about when breakfast would be served. She was taking phone calls while she was waiting on me instead of putting them on hold until she was done helping me. Our room was not clean. There was a hair on one of the towels hanging up. There was a piece of a popped balloon on the floor and the shelf under the table between very dusty. The breakfast was really good though. Probably won't stay here any other time.
Nothing was cleaned. The shower drained slow. Food was left in the fridge, the whole kitchenette was a pigsty. The bed sheets were dirty. There was only one towel(body, not even a wash cloth) in the room. When I asked about another room I was told they were booked for the weekend. Which was odd because the room right next to me had yet to be filled with a single person. I was treated very poorly and if it wasn't for the hospitality of Angela I wouldn't have given any stars. This place is not for (poc, brown). I was not valued as customer and will not be returning or suggesting this place to anyone. The only good thing about this hotel was Angela. You guys need a new staff immediately.
