I stayed at the Crown Plaza in St. Louis for 2 nights. My room was never cleaned.
The rooms are really clean the staff was very nice this is a great hotel to go to I was so very very comfortable there! the beds are comfortable got a beautiful pool and Lobby all the amenities you can imagine. I did not use a couple of the facilities available but I understand they have a fitness room and they have beautiful indoor pool they have computer set up where you can sit in places for you to sit and talk in the lobby and have private you want to be on the phone or whatever it's really nice I will go back again and again
This is a tough one. Very nice hotel in good shape. Beds are really small for a modern hotel but not a deal-breaker. Staff was nice and responsive. Here's the tough part. The entire hotel smells like pot; the lobby, the restaurant, public hallways everywhere on our floor. If you don't want to constantly smell pot, this is not the place for you.
We checked in late Thursday night for big volleyball tourney in St. Louis. We arrived to our room, unloaded everything and quickly realized how dirty everything was. Refrigerator was filled with sticky substance and the bathroom was had hair all over it. It appeared that someone did some shaving prior to our arrival. Additionally there was a used wash rag hanging on the shower curtain. I had to move rooms and after conversation with other families, they too agreed that their rooms were filthy. Overall, entire hotel was just dirty and lacked the attention it needed. Only give a two star because the refunded us money, but would HIGHLY recommend avoiding this place. FILTHY~
Nice hotel! Nice staff! BUT!! You need to get into the gym and do some repairs that are needed and replace missing or broken parts and attachments on the cable machines and leg press as well as replace missing dumbbells. It’s not safe! This place is definitely better than the average Crowne Plaza.
