Reasonable sales

Gave them my prescription Wednesday and tried to pick it up Thursday where they said they lost my prescription. They found it and said they forgot to put it in. Tried to pick it up Friday after they called me and told me it was ready for pick up but when I went the entire store was closed for some outrageous reason that wasn't explained. It couldn't be transferred over to another store so for the last 5 days I haven't been able to take any medicine.

Upon shopping today the cashier and manager are very poorly educated on their POS (point of sale) system. They both treated me like I was a poor customer with no available funds even tho their systems were not updated and they were clueless on payment methods that Walgreens actually offers. Needless to say this was the worst customer service I experienced. I have reported this to my card company in which they said the transaction didn’t even show on their end as being denied even tho that is what the store manager rudely embarrassed me and said in front of a dozen other customers around me. I will be also reporting this to the corporate department.

Since when is it okay for the cashier to be stuffing their mouth with hotfries, handling money, and holding a conversation with 4 of her coworkers. She almost gave me an employee discount because she was so distracted.

Easily the worst Walgreens that I've been to. Don't use the pharmacy. I had a simple prescription that must be filled every month. I would always call hours ahead of time before going to the store and would show up at the time they told me the prescription would be ready, which would usually be three or four hours later. Though it is a simple prescription, I always had to wait for at least 20 minutes after the time that it should have been ready, and one time, I had to wait for an additional hour! There were many unhappy customers in the store that day. One guy came in and yelled at the pharmacy ladies because he had been waiting outside in the drive through for 30 minutes and had not been helped. The people working here are either too overwhelmed to function properly, or they just don't care, but my time is precious and I do care. After switching stores, my prescription usually only takes 25 minutes to be filled and is always ready on time. I won't be wasting my time at this store anymore.
