Crystal is pure gold and a lady from India is also 5 star. There is one pharmacy tech who is not so helpful. A young man who is at the main checkout register is outstanding. There is one employee who I avoid whenever possible.

Moved to U City last summer and transferred my account to Delmar store. I have been impressed with the helpfulness of the employees, as well as, the professionalism off the pharmacy staff! Cristal called me today just to let me know about free delivery services available at this time and to see if I needed anything. She answered all of my questions. What a great service! I could not be happier with the Delmar Walgreens. Their actions show they care.

Love this Walgreens but really disappointed in the photo dept. all I needed was a passport photo and the woman working came up with numerous excuses of why it wouldn’t work. I told her I’d take my chances and she just repeated the reasons she couldn’t take it. I left and went to the Big Bend location and experienced a lovely woman who advised me of the restrictions but happily took my pic. Pretty sad service from an otherwise great location.
