Great shop with a helpful staff. I've bought two bikes from them so I keep coming back. They also get one of my wheels replaced with the manufacturer on warranty. Yes I could have probably done it myself but they saved me a lot of time and energy for sure. I've also bought a few accessories and such from them as well. As for pricing I'm sure you can find cheaper on line but for most items they are right with most online retailers and I'm a big believer in supporting your local bike shop, so they don't go out of business. Nick is great and has always been easy to work with, even with any silly newby questions I have.

hands down the BEST customer service in Louisville!!! My husband and I traveled from Michigan and really didn’t know our way around. My husbands bike got a flat tire and there were no Ubers available for us and we also didn’t have a spare tube (rookie mistake). At Matthews cycling sent someone out immediately to repair the tire, he hauled our bikes back to the shop for us, and set us up with a kit to fix any future flats. I couldn’t believe the enormous customer service we received. I wish we lived in the area because this would be our go to bike shop.

Nick was the best help. Within a 2 day time frame I had my bike up and running, it only took them an hour to assemble my bike and have it ready to roll. It was much cheaper than other bike shops I’ve called, they were nice as can be and so helpful. Best experience!

St Matthews cycling is the top shop in town. I have purchased complete bikes as well as many parts working with these guys and source BMX. They have some great mechanics wrenching in the back and quick turnaround times on repairs and service. A big thanks to my friends over at St Matthew's cycling!

I bought my first road bike from here and they fixed my significant other's road bike and we both had great experiences with St. Matthews Cycling. The staff were amazing to work with and extremely knowledgable. We'll be using/ continuing to use them for our bike needs.
