This shop was awesome. The service was unbelievable, friendly and helpful. The staff was knowledgeable, prices were very reasonable and we never felt pressured into buying something we didn’t need or want. A big Shout out to Tracy and Kay for be super accommodating to an out of town traveler. We bought a Trek Fuel EX-5 here after shopping at many stores across the Carolinas. Can’t imagine buying a bike any where else.

A great experience. Very caring. No attitude often noticed at bike shops. They didn't try to push us to $6,000 bikes. They wanted our paltry $1,200 purchase to work for us...old farts. Color me impressed. They now own my bike purchases.

Four years ago I began shopping at Scheller's, first as a maintenance customer, then shortly thereafter as a new bike owner. The staff have always been generous with their time and my own question asking. From getting started on my first road bike, to training for my first triathlon, the service has always been excellent. I highly recommend Scheller's for any and all bike needs and questions.

They are very helpful here. When I bought my bike and the person helping me realized that a certain model would probably be the best fit, he spent the afternoon putting together the one they had so that I could try it, even though there was no guarantee that I was even going to buy a bike from them. They are always patient. They don't try to upsell you, and they listen to what you actually need. Just took my bike in for a flat and they fixed it right there on the spot (I imagine this is not always possible, but it was appreciated). They are just a great local shop that I trust.

Where to start? I recently purchased a new Trek bike from one of the other Scheller's locations and went to my local store to get a few adjustments. Within seconds of walking in, I was greeted by Pat, he made it his personal mission to get my bike right. During our conversation, he made it known to me that it was his first day and twenty minutes in to his first shift. The way he took extreme ownership of the situation made me feel like he had been there forever. After a little back and forth it was decided for them to take a further look and they would contact me when my bike was ready. Thirty minutes later I receive a message letting my know my bike was ready. Once I returned, Kay walked me through several of the components and best use case. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I could not recommend this location enough, whether you are an experienced rider, or new to road bikes like myself. Friendly, knowledgeable and thorough staff.
