Very creepy group of guys hanging out in the lobby. Made the wife to uncomfortable to stay.
Our host James was a breath of fresh air. it was nice to encounter a friendly face and friendly personality in the middle of the night. He was attentive informative extremely helpful and told a great joke. We needed that laugh after that day we had. Too tired to swim but the kiddo turn off some extra energy at the indoor playground and played a couple arcade games. NEAT COURTYARD SET UP!!! My husband and I were looking for a cheap and clean place to stay for the night just outside of St. Louis but we didn’t need anything fancy. The construction made the entrance hard to find and a bit shady when driving around the building past the construction and an the big dumpster. It was older on the inside but nice and clean. Google maps showed the room price to be $51 but the attendant said their cheapest room was $80, for that price I was gonna go down the road for a nice hotel, but the attendant finagled the numbers and added a few discounts to bring the price down to $61. We also got an upgrade to the king size bed in a family room. They gave us a goody bag with snacks and told us to contact them if we need anything. Nice and friendly staff. Their breakfast room was large, clean and they provided a nice meal. We’d stay here again.
Stayed here with children after a day at the zoo. It was perfect for this. It is a 2 star hotel (pay more elsewhere if you want new immaculate). It is clean. Rooms are old. Loved the suit which is two rooms turned into one. The fan was a great touch to assure room temp. There is construction going on. Great price for a clean and kid friendly hotel. Nice clean indoor pool and indoor play area.
Never thought I would rave about a Days Inn but this place is awesome! Super cool indoor playground which was so nice and a big indoor pool with lots of seating. We checked in late and the older gentleman was super helpful and kind. Breakfast was decent. The rooms are a little quirky with small towels but overall a great deal. Definitely a great place to stay if you have kids in your party!!
