This hotel is absolutely by far one of the BEST that I have stayed at in my adult life.. The rooms are absolutely clean the beds,& pillows are so comfortable! The only thing that I wasn't so happy about was the fridge didn't work it wouldn't get cold for anything... They A.C definitely works it will freeze you out of the hotel room if you turn it down to much, also this is the first n ONLY hotel that I got to bring in my pitbull puppy & them be totally cool with people bringing their pets on vacation or whatever the situation might be!! I will ABSOLUTELY 100% be coming back here to spend my money on a hotel room when we do so again!!!
Made reservations directly through their website. My card was charged. Got their at 8:45pm and the front desk clerk said they were out of rooms. He wouldn’t even look up my reservation number. I asked him to refund my card and he said I would have to call corporate office for refund. I tried calling and you have to leave a message. We drove 3 hours from home for a quick weekend trip and we are now driving back because I still haven’t found a room for the night under $200. Several people were ahead of us and each of them upset about their reservation, as it was not what they reserved. Horrible customer service and the clerk didn’t attempt to refund our money, make a note on the reservation so we can get a refund, or provide other motels/hotels around the area! NEVER will I consider staying at an American Best Inn...EVER!
Police were there multiple times while we were there,, as well as an ambulance at least once..npretty sure someone overdosed cause after the time the ambulance was there,, the police started watching the hotel for a few hours a day at least.nnBut, overall the rooms are mostly clean and spacious.nThere’s just a lot of noise or just something going on to make it harder to sleep
Not dirty like pleasant view. But nothing special either . Front desk was rude. No pool with the covid 19. For the price next time I'll stay in a nicer hotel in the city.
Once I arrived he asked me to see the room I said why does it not look like the pictures on line he just said some don't like it.. I SEE WHY.. it was dirty legit dirt on the bed very small looked NOTHING like pictured. Then he told me to lie to booking and say no room was available not that it was disgusting. Even going down the hall there was trash on the floors as if they were rose petals.id never recommend this place to anyone!
