Steve, the pharmacist and owner, is a great and stand-up guy. As a pharmacist and owner myself, every conversation I have with him is chalk full of gems of medical knowledge and ideas from personalized medication compounding to how certain supplements vary in effectiveness based on your specific genetic makeup. I highly recommend Steve as he truly loves to take the time out of his busy schedule to sit down and talk with you about any and every question you may have as well as help you in any way he can.

I loved the idea of using a small pharmacy, rather than Walgreens or CVS. I was told they could auto-fill and deliver my prescription each month in Webster, which I thought would be great. Each month the Rx did not arrive, and I would need to call them to remind them I needed this. Just disorganized and a headache each time - heading to the drive thru CVS to skip the hassle. Their staff isn't particularly friendly or nice, either.

I was planning on picking up a few items from here, but after speaking over the phone with the least considerate person I've encountered in recent memory, I definitely will not be spending any money here. Please, at least swallow your food BEFORE answering the phone.

For years I used pharmacies such as Walgreens and CVS. I had multiple problems during those years and many overpriced prescriptions and issues with insurance that they could not figure out. As a small business owner myself I prefer to spend my money with another locally owned business. If you're looking for a knowledgeable caring pharmacy and pharmacist Webster is your place. No matter what issue I have Steve and his staff have been able to help me get it figured out. Can't recommend them enough!!!!

The best pharmacy in town! Steve and his staff are true professionals!! They truly educate you on what you are taking and why as well as offer other alternatives to help supplement. Always a great experience at Colonial Village!
