Absolutely wonderful experience shopping here under the new ownership! My son needed a new mountain bike and Deanna was quick to show us all of our options. Tim gave my son a thorough walk through of how to operate and care for all of his new components. Such an improvement to our local bike shop and cannot recommend this shop more.

I am retired and have been riding bicycles with a retired friend once per week for about 1 ½ years. In early January 2021, I decided to take my 12-speed bicycle out of storage. It has been there for about 10 years. It is in very good condition. I took my bike to South Side Cyclery on Gravois Rd in Saint Louis, Missouri for full maintenance and restoration. They work well as a team. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They had my bike ready for use a few days before they promised. They do excellent work. This is a great bike shop. You will never be disappointed when you enter nor when you leave. Tim is a legend when it comes to bikes. If you are bored look up his BMX career, good stuff. The staff is great, knowledgeable, and friendly. A local landmark is still doing great things.

The New Ownership is Awesome.nBrought my bike in for a full tune-up. New brakes, chain, derrauiler, cables adjustment - the whole thing.nThe service representative was knowledgeable and friendly. He listened to what I wanted and his quote and time line for completion was right on the money. When I picked up the bike it was clean and operated like brand new.nMy next purchase and future maintenances will be from here.nGreat new ownership!!
