The guys at sunset cycle are great. They have always listened and offered helpful suggestions. Their service department is great and they don’t try to sell you something you don’t need. I brought my bike in for a spring check up before riding season. I hadn’t ridden it for a couple of years. I was concerned about the tires and asked them to check them specifically. They checked everything and made sure the bike was in perfect order. They didn’t try to sell me new tires or anything.

Jacob was great. I hadn't biked in years. He showed me a range bikes of various prices. I was not pressured at all. Great shop, great people, looking forward to doing more business with them.

This is the only place I go to get my bikes serviced. The staff are knowledgeable and are always ready to answer any questions I have. The repair times are the fastest around and have a wide selection of parts.

Brought my bike in to fix the derailleur. Walked out with a new one instead. I fought the one I had for 2 days thinking I couldn't figure something out. Turns out it was a bad derailleur fit for my setup. These guys had me riding in an hour without any problems. And the inventory they have on hand is amazing. Won't be going with Amazon from now on when I need to upgrade something. Sunset is now my go-to!

Ed and Tim provided tremendous service. Timely. Courteous. Went above and beyond to educate for someone new to the road biking.nnBrought in a bike bought used for a tune up and any needed service to get road ready. Bike was worked on quickly and cost was in line with the other shops I had checked.nnPicked up the bike and brought home for a ride and had shifting issue arise. I also hit a pot hole and got a flat tube/tire.nnBrought back and they addressed the shifting issue while I waited, as well as above and beyond: they took care of the flat replacement at no charge.nnRecommend highly and will be returning.
