The covers was stained, the original price we did not have to pay for. The clerk had an attitude. We get up to leave he doing yoga while we stand there ringing the bell an then tells us we don't need a receipt for our check out. He gives us more attitude then gets loud because we wanted to make sure he checked us out. The hotel was disgusting an so was our room. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This is the second time my boyfriend and I have stayed at this Hotel and the first time we stayed it was for almost a month, we had no issues with the staff, our room was EXTREMELY CLEAN, the housekeeping attendant was very attentive. Our room was on the second floor the first time we stayed here, and I honestly had no issues with anything in the room. This is the second time we have stayed here and we are now on the third floor and it's so quiet, and our room once again was EXTREMELY CLEAN when we opened the door to come into the room, the only thing I have an issue with is the ''hot'' water in the bathroom sink and shower. It doesn't get as hot as it gets on the first and second floors, and you have to turn the shower knob several times to make the water hot. I didn't want to spend almost 300 hundred dollars on a room, that we were only going to be in 4 days, and then I booked this hotel online and I used my hotel discounts and hotel perks when I booked the room, & when we got here, I went to the front desk, the front desk clerk gave me another discount of 15 percent off of our room, because the first time we stayed here we were the only ones that didn't have any traffic coming in and out of our room, we weren't loud and running the halls, we stayed in our room unless we were going to get something to eat or had to run an errand. So I WOULD RECOMMEND STAYING HERE BUT ON THE THIRD FLOOR because it's really really quiet, and if you do get a room on the third floor ask for any room on the right side of the hallway, 301-305, they are the best ones on the third floor. My friends have all stayed in those rooms here at KCI LODGE.

I stayed there because it was really close to the airport and the price was reasonable for just one night. It looks so old and needs lots of renovations. It smelled so badly like cigarettes. Even my room smelled like it and my bed sheets and pillows smelled like it. I couldn’t sleep. Not only that but my shower didn’t work. I had to take 2 flights the next morning and it didn’t work so I didnt get a chance to atleast feel clean. I tried to get the free shuttle to the airport but the front desk guy said the owners don’t allow him to drive the van and he’ll get in trouble for it. So there were no Lyft or Uber drivers near the hotel or airport which is wild to me because in Florida where I live there are always driver out ready to drop you off at the airport so that’s why I needed the shuttle or I’d miss my flight. But nope, I had to walk a distance in order to find a Lyft driver near by. Huge inconvenience staying here. Go to Extended stay instead. It’s like 4 minutes away from this hotel. They charged the same, it’s nicer and the showers actually work.

Cheap but clean awesome place .I have had several amazing nights there with the love of my life
