The first night the room was on the first floor and it was good. Meaning that for the rate discount that I received for 2 nights I was good with the price. It was clean bathroom was good no problems TV had clear picture and it had ironing board and iron but no microwave or mini refrigerator. I over look that part cause of the nice and soft clean bed. I had a good night sleep it was quiet no loud noise from other guess. So the Third night was unexpected and I was put on the second floor and both rooms had bugs issue. The bugs where not roaches, but the fact that I had to be keep up by bugs and the manager said that all the rooms was full but the parking lot only had 6 cars, I was thinking why are you lying. So, I just took pictures and I writing this review. Cause I happen to like Microtel the first time i found out about Microtel I was in Laredo, TX and that place was So nice and smells so good all throughout the building and the arabesque of the lobby and hallways I was very impressed by the hotel. this Microtel inn needs a better manager or Administrator over seeing it. Cause housekeeping or Supervisors one should be checking all rooms for things like that.

My experience was worth about 2 out of 6 stars, but there are only 5 stars possible and I can't bring myself to elevate this experience any more. There was a shuttle advertised and verified when I called, but there was no shuttle available when I arrived. Breakfast was advertised, but there was no breakfast. I did sleep in a bed, but I walked from the airport and I didn't eat until my ride came the next day . This was my second worst stay ever in a hotel. If the shuttle was running and I got my simple breakfast it would have probably been 3 or maybe 4 stars if the staff was good. Not too bad and convenient.

They do have comfy beds. But very aged and rooms aren't cleaned that well. Can smell smoke and mold. But for price was just ok.

Great price for the room. Clean room, bed was super comfortable. Would stay again.
