Literally the only problem here was the loud and temperamental elevator. Everything else was top notch for the price. I’d recommend staying here for anyone that needs some lodging near the airport. You can’t get much closer!
The room was okay, but the incompetence of the staff made the stay nearly intolerable. I started with one guy who was checking me in, he swiped my card and gave it back to me. Then his cohort tried to help, and he too swiped the debit card, saying it hadn't gone through....to make it simple, they did this several more times, charging my debit card more than $500. card . They returned $200 that night, but as of today, Monday mother $300 + has not been returned to my account. I would NEVER stay at this hotel again! I strongly encourage other travelers to stay clear of this hotel.
Room was nice, staff was nice bathroom was not cleaned at all hair in the tube & spider the room I was in could have used a new toilet seat as well .
Reservation wise. I called yesterday afternoon to make a reservation. The lady was having log in issues as she stated and needed to get someone else to assist me. I was placed on hold for 30-40 minutes and they hung up on me. I proceeded to call again and a different lady who was new told me she’d have a gentleman call me back in 15 minutes because she didn’t know what to do and they have customers in front of them. Almost 30 go by and no call. So I call again and I ask to book a room. The lady puts me on the phone with the gentleman she spoke of. He explains the price which was no issue. I ask to book the room and he said he had customers in front of him and that he would call me back in 10 minutes. He took my name down and number. I NEVER received a call back. No first come first serve? I don’t understand why I kept getting pushed back and not valued as a paying customer.
The man at the front desk was very welcoming. Answered any and every question I had. They had the best pricing and best quality and amenities compared to any of the others we looked at. I recommend staying here if traveling to or through Kansas City. The room was amazing and had more than enough space and accommodations traveling with a family of 4 from Oklahoma.
