We are from Colorado and this is the first time that we have stayed here. We arrived with my ESA(Emotional Support Animal), not knowing that the hotel is not considered to be pet friendly as the reservation was made for us by the company my husband began training for. We were approached by the night desk clerk when we entered; he was very kind, very polite and understanding. We are supposed to be here for several days and so far so good...
I love this place! I had the pork tenderloin with fries this time and highly recommend it. I add the $5 cheese sticks as well and they give you seven. They have different beers on special each day and you gotta love Boulevard beer.
The room was nice and comfortable. My only complaint are the cleaning crew. At 8am until 10am I heard nonstop banging, yelling across the hall and slamming of doors. I was so tired and check out isn't until 12. Any other hotel I've been in, it's fairly quiet until check out time rolls around.
My boyfriend and I were in crisis; we had just checked in to the Plaza hotel next door and the rooms were unacceptable to stay in (read: disgusting a f) and we needed to find another room nearby for the exact night. We are so glad we found the four points Sheraton! From when we entered into the doors, we were treated incredibly well and their rooms were beautiful- not only by comparison but in general. We had a few beers at the hotel bar and felt right as rain. Highly recommend. Thank you, Sheraton! You saved our trip!
So far so good, nice and professional staff. Good food and the room is clean with pillow top mattress. Laundry is 2 bucks to wash and another 2 dollars to dry. Washers/dryer hold about twice the amount of a pilot/flying J. Washer/dryer. Hello my fellow freight relocaters. Keep that shinny side up and enjoy the ride.
