I've been here quite a few times and it is one of my favorites. It's very homey and quiet. The front desk people are very friendly and accomodating. The beds are nice, the pool is great, and everything is very clean. The breakfast is a plus too! Definitely worth the money it's a great price for a great stay!
We have stayed here for at least 10 years when we visit family in and around Republic. While the public area is absolutely pristine, we were a bit disappointed in our room - it looked sad and worn. We realize the hotel industry has taken a hit the last year so we are understanding and my guess is we will be back. I did lose money in the vending machine.
Avoid at all costs. When booking we were not required to include the number of children. Upon arrival, the elderly lady that worked the front desk rudely informed us that we have too many kids and would need to buy another room or we had to option to not have all of our children stay with us. What if I was a single mom traveling with our kids alone? They would be required to stay in a room by themselves? Additionally she was rude regarding the use of the pool. Our bathroom had a broken/loose tile. The toilet did not flush. Stay further away and travel to the area if needed. DO NOT STAY HERE.
AmericanInn Republic, MO. Staff was friendly and very, very helpful.nOnly problem was management did not provide cold cereal/milk, yogurt, toast, etc.nFirst room very cold but desk agent quickly assigned us another room and all went welll.
This hotel is hands down the nicest hotel in this area. Rooms are nice and clean. Owners and staff are friendly and polite. I would recommend staying here to anyone. From here u can visit Springfield or Branson and I'd still recommend staying at this motel and driving to your destination just due to the nice rooms and friendly staff. Definitely 5 star 10 out 10 hotel.
