I'm giving them 5 stars! Sometimes it takes awhile for it to be filled, but it's always free so there's nothing to complain about. For the size of the pharmacy and the amount of scripts they fill on a daily basis I feel that they're doing a great job!
Extremely slow. Base Doctor called in prescription for medicine at 0830 and I did not get a call but went to pharmacy at 1600 and had to complain to get the order filled. This is totally unacceptable and not the first time I have had issues getting perceptions filled. Is military medicine so broken that Walmart does a better job?
Medicine is never ready. Always get put on hold when I call to ask why.
If waiting it may take up to 1 hour. Friendly staffed.
