Southern Maryland Food Bank

I decided to give some food that was not going to be eaten. The people seem nice and what they are doing so is very kind.nnTo a recent response: It's ridiculous to give them one star because of a long line in PG County ( especially different days and different times). Southern Maryland Food Bank is for Southern Maryland (Calvert, Charles, and St. Mary’s County). Its like implying they do not do enough. It would be very difficult to even include another county; especially one that big. Charles County has muliple banks. St. Marys and Calvert do as well. Just because you don't see a long line, doesn't mean people are not suffering at other locations. Also, how do we know extras wernt sent to a PG food bank?nWe sometimes point when we think others are not doing enough. There's a lot to running a food bank. That's why they go by locations; not by state.

Ok place... Prayer is must here.. Something you don't know which man you're gonna get..

The first time I went there, I was told this food bank was for Charles county only. I am a resident of Maryland why would this be so? When I arived there, there was only one family there. While in PG lines were wrapped around a three mile block with families needing help. I pay taxes for Maryland as a whole as well as county taxes.

Have a family of 4 gave me hotdogs dont even eat meat smh nor did they care to ask
