From the time i called Southernwood for an estimate on my roof, they were prompt, friendly, professional and helpful. The estimate was timely, even with all the difficult skylights they had to deal with on my house.nTheir work was really the same, timely, friendly, professional, neat and quick. The crew was amazing...they just kept working all day! All was done in 2 days! The carpenter then quickly arranged to come out and trim out skylights from the inside, which again was all those same wonderful qualities. I have already recommended Southernwood to three people!

I had some siding damage on my townhouse due to my home settling. Southernwoood came to my home within two days to do an assessment of the damage. I received my estimate within a day. I expected the repair to cost more, but that wasn’t so. The customer service representative set up an appointment to get the repair done very promptly. The work done on my home was flawless. I would recommend Southernwood to anyone who needs siding repair.

I had a leak due to a window that wasn’t installed properly. Southernwood came and did a free consultation and then scheduled the work to be done. When there was an honest mistake made that we all didn’t catch, they were quick to fix it at no cost to me. Everyone I worked with was timely and professional. Would highly recommend and use them again if needed.
