SpringHill Suites by Marriott Prince Frederick

I got married Dec 2019 and I had rooms blocked out for my wedding. I was unsure if the honeymoon suite was included when you booked the block so I called to book the room just in case. I was informed that since I blocked out rooms that our room was included and we did not need to book it. Well on our wedding night when my husband and I arrived the front desk told us they had no room for us. No record, nothing. Our room block for our guests we’re fine, but my husband and I had no room at all. Then when we asked for a room they didn’t have a king size bed available as they were all booked. One of our groomsmen was there while having this conversation so he let us have his king size room and he took the queen size room. Then we got charged full price for the room when it was only suppose to be $100 I believe. Very poor communication between the staff. Other than that our rooms were clean. I wouldn’t recommend them for weddings.

Pipe broke in our home- causing water damage leading to remodeling of our whole kitchen and bathroom. The staff members are all kind, and super accommodating (we have two girls) who love the clean indoor pool and the cleaning and safety measures at this specific hotel were above par to surrounding hotels we looked into. The only downside for our family is we have a small dog that we had to have a family member take care of during this time of craziness! But the bottom line is- its affordable, clean and a great place to stay with young kids for a vacation or emergent situation as ours. So thanks to the staff who all go out of their way to take care of all the customers in a safe professional way. Our first time staying at a Marriott but definitely not the last!

Poor customer service. It started when we first booked the room. The person on the phone was short with me when I asked about the difference between the price online and the price I was being charged. I booked the room 3 months in advance and when I confirmed the reservation two days before they told me my reservation was canceled by them. No one had said anything to me. I re-reserved a room. When I arrived all of the amenities that I had paid for were closed due to COVID. I understand that that is necessary, but a reduction of price seems as though it may have been warranted. The room was to come with a breakfast however that was one of the amenities that had been discontinued. I would not have minded so much had it not been for the fact that there are no other vending machines in the hotel. The only place we could pick up anything what's the shop next to the front desk. The shop itself had very little selection and was horribly overpriced. The rooms were not too bad and the bed was as good as a hotel bed could be. The room itself was not stocked very well and we ran out of toilet paper. We tried to get some from the front desk but decided to leave before it even got there.nnOverall if you are considering staying at this hotel let me advise you there's a Holiday Inn across the street you may be better off using.

Had a great stay here very clean, quiet and decent hotel had a real home like experience thanks to Keisha and her amazing hospitality. Highly recommend

No breakfast even tho it was mentioned in the website, some staff members were very rude and room wasn’t cleaned. Other than that, it was an ok stay to say the least.
