Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Dahlgren, VA

This Hotel is great,the staff here makes it the place it is! Christine up at the front desk is a fantastic employee. She will go out her way to make sure your stay is the best possible. I come and stay here regularly, days,weeks at a time. If I was the owner,supervisor, I would definitely appreciate the employee she is and I would definitely give her a raise!! Thank you for your hospitality as a customer!!

I want to add to an earlier review. Day 2 experience is literally night and day. Catherine, the front office manager, has been amazing since she had the unfortunate experience of hearing about my night before. I felt far more relaxed that she was genuinely trying to help me. Not thrilled with the overall experience hence the poor rating but my experience with her and housekeeping today is a 5.

First I was extremely skeptical of staying here after reading the reason reviews...BUT Catherine (front desk lady) put all those worries away. She was pleasant, attentive, and very responsive. The room was renovated except the restroom but it was clean and accommodated my son and I for our overnight stay. It's close and convenient for me to visit my family. Hats off to Catherine because I was prepared to cancel my stay based off the bad reviews people have left this hotel. I will be back again at Thanksgiving! I believe I have found my new home away from home for future stays!

This was the most disgusting place I have ever stepped foot in. We couldn’t even stay the night & would have rather slept in the car. We left 5 minutes after checking in. The room was dirty, there were heroin burn marks all over the sink, the shower was filthy. Do not stay here. So. Freakin. Gross.
