My stay was of last minute due to the wintry weather. As I checked in, the system seemed to have an error and I received keys to a room already in use. But, Nikki Johnson at the front desk quickly remedied this situation and was able to correct any system malfunctions manually. Shoutout to this great employee!
Really nice hotel. Comfortable beds. Only issue I had was the lady on the night shift at the front desk lied to me. I asked her if I could get adjoining rooms. She told me that the double bed rooms I booked didn't come as adjoining. We got 2 rooms near each other. When we got to the room, the first thing I noticed was a door leading to an adjoining room.
Very clean and your employees are excellent. We will be back in May. Keep up the great work
I reserved a Suite which included a one bedroom and living room with kitchenette. The room looked and smelled clean. The staff was pleasant. Check-in/check-out was very easy and quick. The only reason i gave it 4 stars is b/c the room had a lot of stink bugs. I didn't complain b/c we were in a good location for 5 teen girls (at the end with only one neighbor).
This hotel is very accommodating. The staff is very polite and helpful Breakfast is excellent. IT'S SO CLEAN AND SMELLS SO GOOD!!!
