Convinient pharmacy location but haven't had the best experience with the staff when getting prescriptions filled. Either the automated sys says is ready for pickup but when I go there's nothing there, or they can't find me in the computer, or there's a line at odd times. Customer service is another problem since my interactions have been with staff that make you feel like you are a inconvenience when that's literally the job. I stopped using the location unless I'm desperate.

Went to the drive thru to ask the clerk could she pick me up some Monostat for women ,because I had two young children with me ,and she told me know and closed the window ..I see why they have such a low score for the store..2.3 out of 5 stars...bad customer service. PERIOD

Ran over 30 minutes late for a COVID drive thru test. I've done several of these in various locations and it has never taken this long, ever. Simply the worst experience doing a covid test I've had in months. It literally takes five minutes to do the test but each car in front of me sat in the drive through for 15-20 minutes while the prescription drive up cars came and went. Everyone here needs to be fired, we all have lives, jobs, families, they should hire people who value or time and are effective at the task, and this pharmacy gets terrible reviews in general. I am basically about to be late for a meeting waiting on a five minute test, very unsatisfied with the service here.

Everyone at this CVS pharmacy is rude. They have been for years. They are incredibly mean to customers even when unprovoked.

Absolutely worst pharmacy, very unconcerned staff. Prescription is either not ready or partially filled. It’s truly sad people
