It's a rare occasion when you can get a prescription filled without a problem at this location. If you need to call the pharmacy for any reason you can expect to wait at least 20 minutes to speak to someone. Bring your patience, you're gonna need it.

If I could give negative points I could. Pharmacist know medicine is important especially as I’m with child right now. They have given me wrong information and wrong predictions. They have no need for customer service as they know we need our medication and they do not have to help us they can deny us service or just not check if they have it and say they don’t. Ive had a pharmacist check my medication by exactly what it is tell me it’s ready it’s amount over two hundred to get someone drive out for it to be the wrong rx I can’t take while pregnant and not two hundred dollars. I’ve gone here years as I am a thirty minute ride from stores and wasted so much gas and time and been without medication so much as they do not help at all or give correct information. If they answer the phone as one experience was them hanging up every time I called or keep you and your doctors on hold for half hour or longer. Needless to say today after over ten or twenty years going to Walgreens I changed pharmacy’s today. Hope you can get better results but it’s doubtful unless a one time experience cause I have a handful of good times due to a good employee that comes through one point only . Probably before this pharmacist I believe . Yeah good luck.

Had a prescription called into the pharmacy and went to pick it up 2 hours later.nWaited in line for 20 minutes and told they did not have a prescription in my name.nWent outside and called my provider-- confirmed that they called it in and left it on the pharmacy's voicemail.nWaited in line for another 20 minutes and was told that they were too busy to check their voicemail-- they would check their voicemail when they weren't busy.nSat and waited. 40 minutes later, they still are too busy to check their voicemail and retrieve my prescription.nI have been in the store for almost an hour and a half-- they will only service customers with scripts in hand or picking up prescriptions already filled.nI am stuck-- my provider is closed and my prescription is hanging on the voicemail the pharmacy refuses to check.

Walgreens has been very helpful for dealing with my insurance coverage. They are always ready to answer your questions although the wait on the phone is outrageously long but in the store the wait is long at times but not as bad as on the phone.
