Poor Customer Service. From the first day I went into the store to have my prescription filled I was stereotyped/racially profiled. I was told my paper prescription couldn't be filled because it was out dated, which was not true. I was also asked where I was coming from because they didn't know me (which had nothing to do with my prescription). After calling my provider and having them send over the prescription electronically, I go back to get my prescription and was told it wasn't recieved on their end. I informed them that I will be contacting my provider on Tuesday because Monday is a holiday. After me leaving the store and after hours I receive a call from the pharmacist informing me that he found my prescription. Now the pharmacist response is he's not going to fill my prescription because I was irritate and a costumer left the store because of me. Not True! The other customer in the store at the time ask me to assist her with getting an item off the shelf and we proceeded to have a conversation in the line until she completed her purchased and left out the store. I strongly feel racially profiled which has nothing to do with a medical prescription written by a medical physician and if you are a pharmacy your job is to fill prescriptions. It has absolutely nothing to do with my age or the color of my skin. Poor Poor Poor Customer Service!!!!!!! This could have been a life threatening condition and they were the only pharmacy to have the medication I needed, but because I'm not known by the pharmacist I'm unable to have services rendered at this store. Makes absolutely no sense to me what so ever.

Bad and unprofessional service . Have to switch pharmacies!!!!

Called because husband and I are going through IVF and wanted to know if I could get PIO injection meds there and was put on hold then rudely told “you know what, we are really busy right now.” Because she didn’t want to help me by looking medication up. It’s not a cheap medication or an easy one to have filled places and I don’t live within a 50 mile radius of anywhere to get it filled so it’s easier to call and ask, never have I been dismissed so quickly and rudely. I would rather travel further for nicer service.

Rude and deceitful. It may seem silly but it's important to me to get a specific brand of my medication. I specifically asked if that's what they had and I was told that it was. When I received my prescription and it was NOT what I specifically asked for..they would not take it back.
