Please work on getting your pharmacy line more organized, things seem very discombobulated at this location. Proper signage as a form of communication is needed. Folks shouldn't be confused and have to reach out for clarification. It's your job to Make things clear. We don't read minds. Direct us.

Manager Shante was extremely rude when I tried to use the self checkout. I’ve used this checkout lane for the past several months and was never informed that it’s intended for customers with 1-2 items, which Shante rudely announced. She came over and snatched my items and continued scolding me. I asked where is it posted that the self checkout lane is for customers with 1-2 items. Shante said, “Ma’am, I’m not about to argue with you” and walked away. Unprofessional and horrible customer service!

Angie is the best the rest is A mess they never pick up the phone nor give a courtesy call to say there’s a problem with your prescriptions when you have seriously sick love ones, they only make you aware after waiting in line for 20min that your prescriptions can’t be filled and why even call ahead when they keep u on hold for over 50min

I always have a good laugh when I come through the pharmacy drive through. The staff are friendly and efficient. You get what you give. If you want someone to be nice to you, you be nice first.
