Very tiny room. Soft spring mattress hurt my back. No senior discounts. Smoke alarm missing cover and battery, wasp nest in courtyard, mosquitoes breeding in stagnant fountain in courtyard(Aedes albopictus- the Asian Tiger mosquito, a vector of West Nile Fever-I know because I'm a retired mosquito biologist.

We always stay there when we go see our children. Old New Orleans style motel, garden district atmosphere. New Roads fun to visit.

This was a great little hotel. It was quiet and comfortable. I will definitely stay there again when I am in town.
