For what you pay, it's worth the price I guess, absolutely nothing fancy and you def should expect there to be some uncomfortable things which as the bed and pillows and hope you don't mind washing dishes in the bathtub becuase there is no kitchen sink or oven if you plan on staying awhile but it's livable and keeps you off the street! Lol! The manager is cool people and nice and the neighbors are probably in the same boat you are if your staying here so be kind have a heart stay positive and love your life

This place is great , the people are ud83dudc7c I never want to be anywhere else,! The owner is hands on in the day to day running and operation of it and a Christian , stop by and see for yourself .
There was a RAT not a mouse a huge rat in the kitchen.
It's a community of it's own...like family actually...however the rate is good and wonderful owner! Kept me from being homeless...not the grandest place but it's a safe and pretty quiet establishment...It has come along ways from what it use to be.
