Great rooms for a reasonable price! Really can’t say nothing bad about the place besides the woman who worked the front desk this am (3/14/2021). She was very rude and impatient. The woman we had last night when we checked in was so nice and did her job very well
The room seemed to be updated in the last couple of years, but it was not a warm or attractive room. The bathroom door did not latch. Now one positive, the breakfast was good.
Queen suite was very clean and spacious but I requested a rollaway bed, which I was charged an additional $15 per night. The mattress was very own and uncomfortable! When I brought it to the front desk attention and requested a refund, I was very politely told, no tnrefund! I would advise not to request a rollaway bed...mattress was made in 1994!
This was our first stay at a SureStay Plus Hotel. One of the reasons we picked this one in Hammond,La was it was clean on the outside and was well lit around the hotel. Next was the price, very reasonable. Next was the rooms, they were clean and freshly remodeled.The beds were comfortable.Next was the breakfast, waffles, eggs,sausage, bagles, bananas,yogurt,cereal and coffee and juice. They took extra care because of covid.nnDate of stay: January 2021
Great to stay at just wanted pool to be open.
