This was a very clean and pleasant stay. Check in was quick. Location is great right off of 20 with quick access back on the Hwy. Ser I e station and restaurants close by if you need more than what's at the hotel. Not too far from the casinos and the scenic River area. This was also one of the best beds I have ever laid my head on. Road trip worthy.
Bus access is nearly impossible due to tight turns steep angles and holes in pavement. Load and unload in back if possible. Otherwise it's a nice hotel
My comment is not specifically about this hotel, as much as about the hotel chain, and all full service hotels. I had to stay in a HI Express hotel for over two months while the Covid virus hit its peak in Alabama and my house was being renovated. Gone were the daily maid service and the comp breakfast. But there was never any price adjustment. HI should lower its prices to reflect its reduction in service.
Being very careful to distance, wear masks and not touch!
Our visit was not on of our better ones. Bathroom was not clean. Floor had hair on all the corners. There was see black spots on the shower curtain liner. Just not a clean feeling environment.
