Always the place we stay. They are nice and the rooms are clean.
Dirty and sketchy with a rude staff and after being locked out my room for what felt like forever last night due to a faulty key system on their behalf I was denied a late check-out, petty. They'll never have to worry about boarding this guy ever again that's FOR SURE . SUPER NONE should be their name.
I give them a five star . The ceiling leak water there debt card reader was not working , but they had just went through a hurricane ,they still did there best to serve us the best they could and when every motel was no vacancy, they found us a room for a couple of night and did there best to help us locate thing we was looking for . Hard working people
This place is ok for a night stay but be very careful... the rooms are repaired at best nothing special. Very low numbers for hotel occupants... they do hold a certain amount for you to stay there on top of your price, if you come with a card it will take 3 to 5 days to receive your deposit... cash customers will get cash deposit back when checking out... honestly, unprofessional front desk... came out in like bed clothes and flip flops!?!?! I will stay there if I really really have to but not in my top five for 75$ a night....
I had a guaranteed reservation for 3 days and paid in advance. When we arrived the evening of the 1st day, the Manager Sandra told us our room had been given away. She acknowledged we had a guaranteed hold and advance payment but didn't care. There were other customers in the same predicament as us. They were unprofessional, rude and uncaring. They literally forced us to leave the premises. I believe this is a simple case of profiteering, due to high demand they sold our room and others for more money than we had originally reserved it for and left us and about 30 -40 other folks stranded.
