Motel 6 New Iberia, LA

for a short time, you can stay there, good service

There were crackheads hanging out by the back door of the hotel. The floor was sticky, the elevator was broken so I had to ask to be switched to a 1st floor room. There was an odor in the room and hallway that was disgusting. If I wasn't sleepy due to having a long drive I would not have stayed. AVOID this hotel AT ALL COSTS!!! I will never stay there again. If I could have given it negative starts I would have. Wish I would have read other folk's reviews before booking. They should charge by the hour...that's how bad this place is.

The receptionist was very nice and the room clean just smelled a bit closed up but to be expected now a days ...but one of the best showers I have had in a hotel so they get an A+ for that ...

Dogs barked all night. The tub dropped hard all night. I had to go out and buy towels cause they dnt replace, just Rewash and give them back at the end of the day. The tv batteries were dead so it stayed on one channel. No kleenex so I had to use the extra roll of tissue, only too have too ask her too replace it. She said no smoking but the cover and sheets had burn holes, so why is it no smoking? My whole experience was horrible. I won’t bengoing back/

Rained in room through the CLOSED window near the ac, toilet was broken and ran constantly, black mold in bathrooms and all around tub, ALOT or roaches. My son pulled the trash can back and atleast 50 roaches scattered!!! Very noisy! They refused to fix anything or switch rooms! This place shouldn't even be open!
