Been here a couple times to get tubes replaced. Staff is always very helpful and friendly. Today Jared helped me out and was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Taught me how to replace the tube myself and patch it if necessary. Hooked me up with everything I needed to fix it next time. Thanks, Jared.

Great service. Above and beyond my expectations during these challenging times. Drew and his great crew fixed my bike quickly, professionally and most importantly correctly.nMy bike isn’t a normal bike and it took some finesse and experience to do it right. I cannot thank them enough.

IMO this is the best bike shop in town. Their customer service goes above and beyond every time, their entire staff is knowledgeable and answers questions with detail.nThey carry a ton of accessories, all quality products at fair prices.nYou can get a nice bike anywhere, but these guys really take the time to make sure everything fits you and is adjusted properly. They are truly pationate about bicycles and want you to love riding as much as they do.

Great bike shop with great staff. They've always helped me out when I've been in need; even on short notice once. They are always willing to answer any questions I have about my bike as well. Will continue to come back here.

Went to On Your Left today to get a tube replaced. The tech explained the problem, showed me how to replace the tube in the future, and then helped me to build a repair kit. Great service. Prompt, too - I walked in around 10:15, and I was all paid up and on my way by 10:30. Nobody seemed annoyed with my novice questions, either.
