I went in with having 0 knowledge of bicycles whatsoever and the staff were super knowledgeable. I just wish you were open more. I am never able to come in because the shop is closed on the days I'm off and I work during their exact business hours. I can't imagine I'm the only one with this issue. Otherwise a great shop with super knowledgeable staff. -1 star for the hours :(

I went to Parkside with a bent wheel and they had me fixed up and out the door in 10 mins. The staff is friendly and helpful and the prices are reasonable. I plan to use them for all my bike-related needs.
