Not the best experience. We reserved a room for 3 adults and got a handicap room with one bed and a pull out couch. When I called to ask for a set up for the tiny pull out he told me to come to the front desk to get them. He didn't give me any pillows because he said there are extras on the bed. (No extra. Just the standard hotel 4) the sheets were too big to fit on the mattress and the blanket had a cigarette burn hole. We reserved our pool time for 6-650, and at 645 some guy walked in with another guest and told us the 7 o'clock reservation was there and we need to leave. The employees just weren't very friendly and we were disappointed in our room for sure

Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, super comfortable. Assorted pillows to choose from. Modern decor. Hopefully they switch from carpet in the room to a hard surface flooring but it still appears clean and well maintained. Lots of shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. Safe location. I didn't find a privacy card for the door and did not appreciate housekeeping knocking on my door early in the morning. I checked in at 130 am.. not everyone is up and ready at 700. My mornings don't start til noon so I don't like being rushed. Extremely rude. I paid for a room til check out time. Dont bother me before that.

My stay was okay until I checked out. I left some valuable personal items in the room, went back to check and they were gone. Staff has been dishonest for almost a week about the whereabouts of my items. I have been given false names and information. They are nonchalant about the matter and simply do not care. Terrible customer service!

I love it here. The staff are always so friendly. And the rooms are always nice and super clean.

Very nice and clean room at a reasonable price. I liked the little morning cafe and Starbucks inside.
