Could barely make it out of my truck before what I assume was a security guard dressed in normal attire rolled up on me and started harassing me about what room I was staying in. I had to tell him more than once. But I guess he didn't believe me since he went ahead and asked the other person that I was rooming with if it was true. Maybe I'm wrong in stating this but personally I think the approach was all wrong and they should try other avenues to accomplish whatever it is they are trying to do at this establishment....
Had problems with the door to the room being able to lock. Paint falling of ceiling in the bathroom. Indications of water damage above the bed. Front desk not very nice. I love staying at La Quinta. This one is independently owned. The hotel needs a make over from paint to quality.
Wish I could rate zero stars! Horrible customer service. Front desk argued constantly with customers in face and over the telephone. Hotel allows animals; heard barking through my stay. Rooms acceptable. What hotel offers isn't updated on website(no breakfast). Unprofessional staff.
ROACHES! ROACHES! ROACHES! This place is disgusting. As soon as I turned on the light to the bathroom, roaches scattered. Roaches in the bed, had to buy an air mattress just to sleep here. Staff is unfriendly, requested the late checkout since we checked in after midnight and they wanted to charge extra. Toilet didn't flush and shower was absolutely gross. Stay far far away.. this seems to be a Crack motel.dorty sheets towels and blankets. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
I have stayed in this La Quinta in 2018-2019 pre-COVID 19 times and it was fine! But now it’s awful. The room is musty, curtains off the rod. I found debris in the bed and chair. Lots of bugs or gnats flying around the bathroom mirror. Everything feels dirty. The mattress is old and uncomfortable. I didn’t want to spend the extra money, but I’m switching to a new hotel for the rest of the weekend! They need “hotel rescue” badly.
