The hallways smelled musty when getting to our room, didn't think much about it. Then the room smelled like burnt old food. That... I can get used to. I happened to open the top drawer in the bathroom, it was full of hair - like beard trimmings. I don't think that particular guest room had ever seen a vacuum, it was like someone had stayed there for a month, checked out today, and hastily made the bed in an attempt to clean. The floors were quite sticky as was one of the tables.nnTo top it off my husband opened the cabinet above the fridge to find several roaches. That was when it came together that what we could have been smelling was an infestation.nnThe hotel might otherwise be fine, but we won't be back.nnI need a shower just from being there.

Bad experience. When we checked in they had us in the wrong type room. Had to show them the reservation and they had one left that was correct. They put us in that room and after getting everything unpacked we realized the door would not latch when shut. We went down and asked to have it fixed and they had to call the maintenance man and said he would be there in 30 min. An hour and a half later no worker and had missed our dinner reservations. They finally moved us into 2 different rooms. We checked all weekend and the door to the other room was never fixed. The breakfast was lacking. They did comp us a room which was nice of them. Of all the Marriott chains this is the least of all the ones we have stayed in. The location is great.

It was very nice. I loved the patio with the grill and chairs set up for a nice evening.
