We reserved a two Queen bed suite with a pullout since our two teenage sons are adult size people (6’). Unknown to us the hotel changed the room type to a king with a pullout... Not enough room. Front desk wouldn’t even change them to the originally reserved room the second night of their stay... unacceptable. Will not be staying here in the future. We are even IHG members - nice customer service NOT.

Hotel looks like new , has awesome rooms . Everything is very clean including the bathroom ( which I am always obsessed with). The gentleman behind the front desk was very friendly and professional. Great customer service really makes the difference and makes you feel welcome . ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

Overall this hotel was ok. The location is conveniently located to everything. The service for check in, check out, and breakfast was nice and smooth. The room was nice. I didn't like that the elevator floor was nasty the day we checked in and still nasty the next day when we checked out. The people kin the room next to ours, smoked in their bathroom so I bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke all night and our bathroom vent wasn't working so that didn't help either. When the cigarette smoke smell cleared out, the bathroom had a mildew-type smell like there is water damage somewhere in the bathroom walls. The top cover on the bed had to be changed by housekeeping due to stains when we arrived to room. Its was fine for 1 night but it's not a hotel that I would stay at again.

My husband and I wanted to get away for a date weekend and found this hotel based upon the reviews. Well, our experience wasn't as pleasurable. Internet service sucked. Water pressure was almost nonexistent. The AC made this loud noise the whole night like it was struggling to work and would just die at any moment. My husband said the staff was friendly, which gets them 2 stars. Our room was never touched for cleaning. Our first experience here was not a good one. We will definitely not be returning.
