Clean and very large rooms. We only stopped in for one night on our drive home, However, this was a nice Room. It was clean, quiet and well maintained. Plenty of outlets for charging your devices. It is within walking distance of several places to eat and there are stores nearby as well. Plenty of parking.
We love Marriott but this hotel was not clean. I felt it necessary to leave a review so that expectations can be managed. The level of dirt was indicative of many times not being cleaned properly. I'm talking food in the pull out couch, hair on the bottles of shampoo, Dusty/dirty carpets, roach in the bathroom light fixture, very dirty and stained couch cushions. We asked for a new room and the staff was very kind and accommodating to quickly give us a new set of rooms but the two new rooms were just as bad. We lysoled everything and wiped with Clorox wipes then left as soon as we could in the morning.
Out of town for work. Nice size rooms. Nice workers, usually elevator is empty and the wait doesn't take long.
First I will say the hotel is beautiful and clean. The room was amazing and very clean. But the desk clerk was beyond helpful and friendly and kind. Love the hotel and would recommend this for everyone. Thank you
Wonderful staff! The front desk clerk, Tiana has made my stay so enjoyable with her professionalism friendly personality. Same goes for Daquita, the room attendant on my floor. Daquita is excellent at what she does. She has a very pleasant demeanor and my room is very clean and stocked.The breakfast is also very neat and spacious and offers a basic variety bagels, English muffins, eggs, sausage, coffee, juice, yogurt milk, cereal, and some fruit. I am a Bonvoy member and the Marriott brand will always be my hotel of choice, but this property, by far, has been my best experience. I don't know all of the staff members' names, but the entire team deserves to be acknowledged for their exceptional work ethics and going above and beyond to meet the needs of their guests!☺❤
