The rooms were nice but it was hard to get service. There were never any towels clean! I had to keep going to the front desk to see if they had washed any yet! Our last night there the whole 2nd floor smelled like a marijuana dispensary. The front desk was notified but nothing was done about it. The following morning the smell was still there.

Good Morning,nnWhen we arrived, the conditions of the hotel were poor. Upon entering the building to get to our room, there was a horrible spill near the ice machine affecting the entire entryway with one towel laying on the floor near the spill. Once we entered the room, we realized we could not stay. The room was half cleaned and filthy. Very disappointing because we arrived late in the day. We had to make a last minute reservation for another hotel. Standard cleanliness is expected but during this climate, we expected more due to COVID. and we simply did not feel safe sleeping at this hotel.

Whoever is managing this property is doing a absolutely terrible job. Dirty rooms, I was charged twice, they don’t clean in between your stay or provide extra towels, my room wreaked of mildew and if you have an issue it’s impossible to get in touch with the property manager. Do better.nnDon’t stay here, spend your money elsewhere.

Check-in process is secure and touchless. That is the only positive I can give. The room had dried toothpaste on the counter. The floor had food and debris on it. We were unable to change rooms. All-in-all not a place I would recommend.
